Beaumont-Wilshire

You will find the Beaumont-Wilshire a very welcoming neighborhood with its mixture of residential and commercial properties that are all about community. This neighborhood plat dates back to 1910 and was part of the rose city park subdivision. Neighborhood is actually two neighborhood separated by Fremont Street. North is Wilshire & South is Beaumont. Wilshire was platted in 1921. In Beaumont most homes were built in the early 1900’s. Years ago the two neighborhood associations agreed to merge due to their common interest in celebrating the community around the Beaumont Village, known for may Northeast oldest restaurants and companies. A
