Sullivans Gulch

Sullivan’s Gulch was named after Timothy Sullivan from Ireland, an early farmer who settled in this area in 1863. At that time this area featured spring feed pool, waterfalls, dense forest and the gulch created thousands years ago during the ice age.  Currently this Gulch is known as the transportation corridor with Max Light rail, Railroads and Interstate 84.

With a thriving sense of history and community this neighborhood features home styles of  old Portland style, craftsman, Victorian, cottages, garden apartments, and modern condos.
